We will be hosting a special event dinner at 5:30pm, featuring tapas made from seasonal ingredients. Each course is paired with wine. Cost $19. As always, space is limited, so reserve your spot at 303.776.1777.

Two delicious choices - by the cup or the bowl. From Italy, there is Tuscan Ribollita, a vegetable soup thickened with house made croutons and garnished with shaved parmesan (it’s vegan when you skip the cheese!). Or try something from North Africa – Moroccan Harira, an aromatic spiced soup with natural Colorado lamb, chick peas and cinnamon.

We heard so many great things about our artichoke specials, they’re now here to stay. If you haven’t tried them yet – give one a try! Spinach Artichoke Pizza – Feta cheese blended with artichoke hearts and spinach, with just a hint of lemon. Spicy or mild upon request. Also available, Artichoke Fritas – Lightly fried artichoke hearts, with a spicy romesco dipping sauce. Served with freshly grilled flatbread.
