We make our Roasted Tomato Sauce daily with fresh, small tomatoes. The freshly roasted flavor pairs perfectly with our flatbread.
Our Romesco Sauce is a traditional Catalonian sauce made from almonds, roasted red peppers and roasted tomatoes, and has a superbly rich, nutty, sweet and spicy flavor.
Basil Flats' Tzaziki is made with Fage Greek yoghurt. Ours is a traditional Greek tzaziki sauce and is deliciously rich, tangy, and creamy.
Soppressata is a rustic, dry-aged, pressed salami and is a specialty of southern Italy. Ours is made by Danielle with pork and is dry cured to create its award-winning, robust flavor.
Our Capicola is a traditional Italian cold-cut made of dry-cured pork shoulder. Lightly seasoned and smoked, it has a mild delicate flavor and deliciously tender texture.
Prosciutto di Parma is seasoned, salt-cured, thinly sliced ham of the finest quality, with a famously tender, firm texture and slightly sweet aroma.
Manchego is a rich, golden, and semi-firm sheep’s milk cheese with a tangy, slightly nutty flavor named for the Manchego sheep that graze on the famous plains of La Mancha in central Spain. Ours is real Manchego—imported from La Mancha.
We use a Greek Olive Blend from southern Europe that’s salt cured and stored in olive oil.
Our cold-pressed Extra-Virgin Olive Oil comes from the first pressing of olives. Its low acidity level (less than 1%) means it has a sweeter, fruitier flavor than virgin or regular olive oil—making it the perfect finish for our pizzas and sandwiches.

Boulder Italian Sausage is nitrate-free, has1/3 less fat than other sausages and a superior taste profile. It has been made locally since the 1960s and you’ll love its clean, slight spice.
Basil Flats uses Balsamic Vinegar made in Modena, Italy from unfermented freshly pressed grapes to create its sweet flavor.
Created more than 1,000 years ago by Cistercian Monks, Grana Padano Cheese is one of the most praised certified cheeses from Italy. Ours is aged slowly and made in the valley of Pianura Padana.
